  • Let's talk. We'd rather find a way to work together than turn you away. Custom scopes exist for exactly this reason.

  • Yes — that's what our custom project option is for. Not everything fits a package and that's okay. Reach out and we'll put together a custom scope and quote.

  • We do work with select clients on an ongoing basis. If we've worked together and you're interested in continued support, reach out and let's talk about what that could look like.

Working With Us

  • Rush projects are available on a case by case basis and require a rush fee. If you're working against a tight deadline, reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to make it work.

  •  We don't. Our process begins with a discovery call and deposit — that's how we ensure every project gets our full attention and creative investment from day one. Good work takes time, and time has value.

  • Not the Right Fit? That's Okay Too.

We believe in being upfront. The Banana Agency is probably not your studio if:

    • You're looking for sanitized, buttoned-up corporate design. We bring personality to everything we touch — if that makes you nervous, we might not be the right match.

    • You need motion graphics or animation.

    • You want to design by committee. Too many cooks kills good creative work. We collaborate closely with you — not your entire extended network.

    • You need someone to run your social media. We design the assets, you post them.

    • We love a challenge — we don't love the impossible. We’ll be up front if we’re not the right fit.

    • You need immediate availability. We're a boutique agency with limited concurrent projects, which means every client gets our full attention.

If you're still reading and nodding along, you're probably exactly who we built this for.

  • Every project is different but here's a general range — Banana Split runs about 2–3 weeks, Banana Boat 3–5 weeks, and Banana Land 5–8 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly we get feedback from you too, so the faster you respond the faster we move.

  • Absolutely bring your own inspiration — the more the better. The Pinterest board is a tool we use to get aligned visually, not a limitation. If you have references, screenshots, brands you love, bring them all.

  • That's what the process is for — we do a lot of alignment work upfront specifically so this doesn't happen. But if none of the concepts are hitting, we'll talk it through and figure out where we diverged. Additional revision rounds are available à la carte, and if we need to start fresh from a completely new direction a restart fee applies.

Process & Timeline

  • You'll receive a complete, organized file package including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG — print-ready and web-ready. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

  • Yes — that's what our custom project option is for. Not everything fits a package and that's okay. Reach out and we'll put together a custom scope and quote.

Files & Deliverables

  • Yes — once final payment is received, the files are yours. Full stop.

  • A dieline is a flat, unfolded template that shows exactly where a package or box will be cut, folded, and glued. Think of it as the blueprint for your packaging before it becomes a 3D object. We handle the technical side so you don't have to.

  • Printing costs are not included in package pricing — those are passed through to you directly. We handle the coordination, you pay the printer. No hidden markups.

  • We require a 50% deposit to kick off any project. Final payment is due before final files are released. We accept cashier’s checks, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, and PayPal.
