The "Typical" Process

01 — Discovery

We get on the phone and get aligned. You tell us about your project, your wishes and dreams, and what's not working. We listen.

02 — Proposal & Pinterest Board

For custom projects, we put together a proposal that outlines scope, timeline, and investment. For package clients, we go straight to the fun part — a curated Pinterest board that captures the visual direction we're seeing for your brand. You give us feedback, we get aligned, and your 50% deposit kicks things off officially.

03 — Concepts

We get to work. You'll receive 2–3 distinct creative directions to react to — not half-baked sketches, but real, considered concepts. This is where things start to get exciting.

04 — Revisions

You tell us what's landing and what isn't. We refine through up to 3 revision rounds and 2 tweak passes — all included. Great creative work is a conversation. If we need additional rounds beyond that, no problem — those are available à la carte. And if we ever need to start fresh from a new direction entirely, a restart fee applies.

05 — Closing Call

Before we wrap, we get back on the phone. We walk through the final work together, answer any questions, and make sure you feel fully confident in what you're taking into the world.

06 — Final Delivery

Final payment is due before files are released. Once that's squared away, you receive a complete, organized file package — print-ready, web-ready, and yours.
